Pricing

Within Connecticut: $1400 for 50 people, $13 per additional guest (plus tax) *

Holiday & Holiday weekends: $1500 for 50 people, $13 per additional guest (plus tax) *

The Schedule (3 Hour time slot)

We need time for dessert/coffee service and setup/cleanup. Pizza service normally lasts for an hour and a half to two hours.

We have some flexibility around this schedule and can customize to some extent but it all depends on our booking schedule. Communication is key to the success of your event, please let us know about your plans for how you’d like your event to run and when you’d like the food served. Reiterate it again at your event to our pizza staff so we can all be on the same page.

Please allow a clean exit for the truck/staff ~ the last thing we want to do is interrupt our host/hostess

Cold hors d’oeuvres (additional $8 per person)

Dessert

which includes:

• Fresh Stuffed Cannoli’s (additional $2 per person)
• Papa Joe’s Ice Cream Bar (additional $6 per person)
  • Pick your base – chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies or Belgian waffle
  • Pick your ice cream – vanilla, chocolate & cookie dough ice cream
  • Pick your toppings – rainbow sprinkles, Oreos, M&Ms, Reese’s pieces, gummy bears, fruity pebbles, hot fudge, caramel, strawberry, whipped cream & cherry on top
• Papa Joe’s Blazing Doughnut Bar (additional $6 per person)
  • Delicious glazed doughnut holes flambéed to order topped with ice cream and our sundae topping bar.
  • Flambéed with spiced rum – add $2.00 per person
